FOOD ALLERGIES: THE COCO PULSE TEST
An easy way to determine what foods you are allergic to is to use the Coco pulse test. For two weeks, upon waking in the morning, sit quietly in bed and take your pulse for sixty seconds. Then take a small amount of a single item of food that you have ready at your bedside, put it under your tongue, and keep it there for one minute. Don't swallow it, and remain still because any movement will raise your pulse rate. Wait twenty minutes and take your pulse again while sitting still in bed. If your pulse has gone up more than five beats per minute you may be allergic to that food. At the end of two weeks, you will have been able to test almost all to test almost all the common foods in your diet. Avoid those foods you seem to be allergic to for one week.
It is a good idea to test your drinking water as well, because fluoride is a common allergen. Actually, fluoride is a toxin that has been shown to affect the immune system. Switch to bottled water for one week and see how you feel. Also, remember to use bottled or filtered water in cooking so that fluoride does not end up in your .meals.
At the end of the week, reintroduce those foods you've eliminated from your diet. Eat them totally separately, at least two hours removed from any other foods. For example, if you suspect that you are allergic to corn, eat some fresh corn separately and see what effect it has on your system. If you have properly cleansed your system of the toxins from a particular food to which you are allergic, your body will respond immediately by trying to eliminate them through the usual allergy symptoms such as excess mucus or watery eyes.
Carefully observe the signals from your body. In a short time you will be able to determine which foods you are allergic to, eliminate them, and begin to lose weight. Some people may lose up to fifteen pounds in one week simply by eliminating foods they are allergic to, even if their calorie consumption stays the same.
